"Ursa Manor" is situated on the edge of lake Jauris, within the Labanoras regional park. An hour away from Vilnius, an hour and a half from Kaunas and just 10 kilometers from Molėtai. A third of the 4,5 hectare property is fenced off, guaranteeing a private and relaxing stay. To ensure a truly carefree escape, we have prepared multiple active and passive activities. Time spent here will be remembered by all family members.

The house is perfectly suited for a comfortable family vacation in any season.
There’s a spacious 60 m2 gazebo next to the house with barbeque, rest areas and protection against the elements. A large and safe children’s play area is also nearby where the little ones will be free to create their own adventures. At the bottom of the hill you’ll find a traditional Russian sauna with a wooden path leading straight to the lake nearby. The homestead also boasts an authentic fruit garden, lawn and the rest of the surroundings maintained to perfection.
