Of all the “Ursa Manor'' surroundings, the natural bodies of water are the main attractions. The homestead has a 130 meter waterfront on Jauris lake. The water is easily accessible. From shore it gets deeper very gradually and the lakebed is soft sand. Next to the pier you will find a rowboat with some oars, available whenever you want. From the large Jauris lake you can take a narrow stream and discover a smaller lake, Jauriukas, mysteriously surrounded by forest.  In the event that you want even more aquatic adventures, there are many to choose from – within a 5km radius of the homestead there are over 35 lakes.

“Ursa Manor“ can accommodate family and friends during any season. The buildings were built using thick logs that insulate for warmth during the winter and have a breathable, cooling quality in summer. The house is also equipped with powerful 15,4 kW aerothermal floor heating, guaranteeing comfort during even the coldest winter nights. There’s also a large and cosy fireplace for comfy evenings. The gazebo is equipped with heaters and see-through tarps that act as barriers from wind, rain and snow, making the gazebo functional throughout the year.

"Ursa Manor '' is situated in the Molėtai district, at the village of Garneliškės. This village is unique as it was mentioned in the 1689 christening metrics book. Also, at the end of the 18th century, the village was home to the chaplain of Molėtai. Our location is the perfect combination of privacy and accessibility. Only an hour's drive from Vilnius and an hour and a half from Kaunas, places you in the natural surroundings of Labanoras. The homestead is isolated from any neighbours, but you can find multiple places of interest around, from museums and architectural monuments to natural wonders and awe-inspiring locations. The cafes, shops and markets of Molėtai are only a 10-minute drive away.

“Ursa Manor“ is a 4,5 hectare lakeside property next to Jauris lake, within the Labanoras national park. A third of this property is fenced off to guarantee privacy and calm relaxation. The territory is cared for year round to ensure quality as well as the safety of children and pets. In the vicinity of the main house you will find a fruit tree garden, remarkably well-kept lawn and a winding canyon that leads you to the lake.

The 60 m² gazebo next to the house lets you enjoy the outdoors regardless of the weather. Clear tarps surrounding the gazebo and infrared heaters make it impossible for rain, cold or wind to disturb you. The gazebo is made up of three areas. In the barbeque area you will find a 64 cm ceramic grill and every kitchen appliance you might need. The dining area has a custom made dining table big enough for 16 people. The dining area is illuminated with cosy lights above. A total of 8 people can hang out in the relaxation area. With the heaters, lights and a lakeside view this is an idyllic place to relax.

The sauna is one of our national pastimes. You will find it next to the lake with a wooden path leading straight into the water. The heart of the sauna is a Finnish direct-heating stove called Aito and celebrated by steam enthusiasts. Our sauna can comfortably fit four people. After warming up in the sauna and jumping into the cool lake you can relax on one of the several sunbeds on the terrace and take in the sunset over the forest and lake. The sauna is equipped with a shower, separate toilet, mini kitchen, refrigerator and sink. We will also provide sauna hats, towels, bathing birch-rods and special scented oils.

The main, 170 m² log house was finished in 2020. In it you’ll find everything you could ever need for a perfect, dream getaway. Surround yourself with the beauty of nature without sacrificing comfort. The first floor boasts a 50 m² living room connected to an open kitchen. There’s also a home office, bathroom and storage room on the first floor. The second floor contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The four bedrooms on the second floor are facing all four directions. The beds in these bedrooms can be joined into double beds or left as single beds. The fifth bedroom with a double pull-out sofa bed is in the home office on the first floor. Additionally, we can provide two children’s beds and an additional foldable bed. Quality bed linens are also provided.

The “Ursa Manor“ homestead was built to accommodate large families or groups. The five bedrooms can comfortably sleep 8 adults and 3-4 children if one or two of them sleep in children’s beds. We recommend this homestead for long family vacations, big family gatherings or other celebrations.

We can also host small events such as workshops, retreats, meetings and trainings, all limited to 8 people (two people per bedroom) or 5 people (each bedroom for one person).
