For the sauna, we wanted to provide the highest quality steam possible so we installed a well-known Finnish direct-heating „Aito“ stove. "Aito" is a living legend because the Finnish manufacturer has been making them for over 80 years without any significant changes to the design. Take a look how the Finns themselves describe this heating stove (a) and (b). In our sauna you will be provided with bathing birch-rods, towels and herbal tea, making the experience truly immersive. You can cool off by jumping into the lake from the wooden pier.

There are several non-slip yoga mats available and you could easily set up a yoga session on the lawn or on the pier. As the Sun rises above the lake you will feel energized and at peace, surrounded by spectacular views.

Next to the main house there is a small birch grove that teases you with a hammock hidden among the trees. Spend some time with yourself in the shade, as you’re being carefully rocked back and forth by the soft breezes.

Next to the main house and the gazebo we maintained an authentic apple-tree grove. On warm summer mornings you can have some improvised breakfast in the shade, starting the day off right. 

When you want to read in the city you have to try your best to ignore the noises and other interruptions. It’s different In the homestead. It’s easy to concentrate, the sounds of nature allow you to focus and immerse yourself into the book. All you need is a blanket on the grass in the apple-tree grove and you’re on your way. If you forget your book, don’t stress, because we have a small book collection centred around architecture and travelling. Taschen, Gestalten and other publishers will make sure that everyone finds something for themselves.

In the “wild west” side of the homestead you will find a sheer drop, the sauna terrace and the lake pier. No matter which place you choose you will be able to see the Sun setting into the lake. This mystical and calm ritual of seeing the sun disappear reminds us that life is cyclical. So allow yourself to be a witness to this amazingly beautiful light show.

Next to our location there is a beekeeping farm. There you can get fresh honey and even try out beehive therapy. There are special resting areas that are surrounded by worker bees. By laying there you can hear the relaxing sounds of the bees, smell the aroma of beeswax and feel faint vibrations. The therapy is completely safe because you never get in contact with the bees. Don’t be surprised if you find mushrooms and berries within the territory. The fresh air and naturally clean soil provide an effortless mushroom and berry picking experience where you don't even have to leave the territory. But if you want to take it to the next level, you can venture out into the woods of Labanoras.

Due to the specific size and shape of the terrain, “Ursa Manor“ allows you to sunbathe privately, with the lawn next to the sauna being ideal for a nap in the Sun. There are four comfortable sunbeds, perfect for the terrace or the lawn next to it.

Cooking without rushing is pure bliss that you can rarely experience at home. Here you have all the modern cooking appliances, dishes and other tools to make cooking effortless and enjoyable. The gazebo also has everything you could need for cooking, including a 64 cm ceramic grill. If you prefer to eat freshly cooked food in the fresh air, you will find enough space for the entire family and friends.

We are situated in a truly special area, with rolling hills surrounded by lakes and far away from the light pollution of the city. It’s no coincidence that the famous Molėtai observatory stands just 5,5 km away. The nights here are clear and the stars bright. For your convenience there is an amateur telescope on the property, providing the opportunity for you and your kids to become amateur astronomers. During summer nights you can observe the Big Dipper constellation while lying on the lawn and on colder evenings you can observe from the comfort of the gazebo.

Clear your thoughts and fill your lungs with fresh air as you explore the trails and paths of Labanoras park. Along with the well-known trails we have also prepared our own routes that will reveal rarely seen places in Labanoras. We will provide detailed information while we prepare for your arrival. 

VietThe locals say that in Jauris lake you could can perch, snapper and even pike. You will find a 4 meter rowboat at the end of the pier, making it possible to go fishing. If you’re curious about catching something, get ready for the adventure and don’t forget fishing gear and a fishing license which you can get here.

Experience the warmth and listen to the sounds of popping fire embers. The fireplace in the living room has great air flow, making the flame light and nice to look at. The fireplace has a glass door so you can feel safe and warm. We will provide the firewood.

A night filled with sounds and stories in the most remote part of the homestead is an unforgettable experience for both children and adults.
